Leading product planning and winning pre-sales engagements.
Led a team of 10–15 members to successfully launch over 20 software or ACR robotic product projects, including the Gigabyte mixed-models robot (North America), Zongteng cross-border e-commerce robot (Germany), Wiwynn robot (Malaysia), and Skechers bidding project (Shanghai). Project scales ranged from USD 3 to 6.6 million.
Extensive experience in full product lifecycle and strategic planning, from market strategy research, pre-sales proposal planning, contract acquisition, R&D, testing, product launch to post-launch operations. Achieved a 68% pre-sales win rate at Hai Robotics.
Strong skills in market research and requirements analysis. At BeanTech Shanghai (Great Wall Motors), conducted analysis across four+ Southeast Asian B2C markets, including competitor benchmarking, user research, and demand analysis, directly driving product design and successful launch.

Led Southeast Asia B2C market research and user insights for BeanTech Shanghai, a connected car subsidiary of Great Wall Motors.
Delivered two cockpit software
products in Q1 2020 and contributed to the MO.Life 1.0 smart OS in Q3. The Haval H6, powered by this system, ranked #2 in Thailand’s SUV segment in 2021.

Responsible for pre-sales acquisition, requirements analysis and design, R&D management, then driving products through to launch.
Notably, I led the development and successful delivery of the company’s first and most complex P4-level mixed-robot solution, which enabled multiple robot types to operate within a single site.
